This is the kind of retreat where you’re after something pretty important to you. You are the only guest. Each moment of your stay is shaped around your needs, and the exact blend of nurture flexes to suit you – coaching, NLP, walking, resting, chatting, laughing, baking, reflexology, massage…
For many, the trigger for considering this kind of retreat is a combination of exhaustion and recognising that you’ve reached a tipping point – a point where you’ve said, “Enough’s enough!!” You’ve been through enough to know you’re ready to shed whatever behaviours are feeling out of date, connect to your new direction, and you want space and full support whilst you do that.
How does it work?
Before you book, the first step is a no-charge, exploration together to ensure we both fully understand what you want, and to establish that we’re both sure that a bespoke retreat is the right fit for you.
If it’s a great fit, then we’ll design the elements that you’d like included (coaching objectives, pampering treatments, follow up support, food!) and check that all feels in tune.
From that we can agree the value. You’re investing in your well being, a change of trajectory. What’s that actually going to be worth to you?
To date, all of the one to one retreats I’ve hosted have been with people who have previously stayed at the farm on a group retreat – I’m already a known quantity to them, and vice versa.
So if you’re interested in a bespoke nurture retreat and we haven’t met before, we may decide to arrange some kind of smaller step initially – a day retreat or weekend retreat perhaps.
