What is Life Balance? Most of us have a sense of whether we feel on an even keel or not but it can be less clear how to go about getting work, family, health, finances, relaxation, fun, home in balance.
This introductory session guides you through your first steps in creating or re-establishing a balance that works for you.
If making time to look after yourself is something that you keep postponing because you’re too busy … use this short session to block out that diary time.
In tis First Steps session you will:
- Understand what Life Balance actually means for you
- Take stock of your current balance
- Get clear about the balance you’d like
- Identify where’s best for you to start
- Choose your first steps
- Support yourself through those first steps
- Learn how to review your life balance for yourself
The session is complete in itself i.e. you will leave with enough understanding and clarity to make a difference to your life balance; and if you enjoy the supportive environment and introduction to skills, there are also follow up workshop available for you too.
This little two hour session will get you started on the change you want to make and provide support alongside you.

The Cakeshops are run in Guildford, near Merrow Golf Course.
During March, you can book any of the introductory sessions for £25 per person for the 2 hour cakeshop, all materials, tea/coffe – and cake.
