Our second pilot was September 7th- 11th 2009. During these days we learnt how to do toast on the Aga – we’ve never used the toaster since. We also did a roast leg of local lamb, slow cooked in the Aga…. We were starting to realise the wonderful magic of Aga cooking and the food was poised to become A Feature.
The weather was beautiful, as you can see from the shorts. Little did we know then how often we would be treated to blue skies with our wonderful Brecon Beacon Mountains!
